Grand Prairie Golf Course is located 1 mile north of West Main (M-43) between Nichols and Drake Road.  Built in 1963, it is a 9-hole par 30 executive layout playing to 1710 yards.  Home to the Junior Golf Association, Grand Prairie also hosts PE classes for Western Michigan University & Kalamazoo College, Special Olympics, a free women's clinic, and numerous adult & junior golf clinics, all adding to Grand Prairie's reputation as the "Place to learn golf".
